I believe deeply in the ability of each person to reinvent themselves, to adapt, and to create the life they want. We are born without fear or guilt. These two feelings tie us down and prevent us from moving forward. Hence the importance of coaching, which allows you to gain awareness and reconnect with your true "self" which is free, joyful, optimistic, like a child. After 18 years of career in large international marketing groups, including 10 years as Marketing Director, I understood that the human being must be at the heart of all professional and personal relationships in order to better advance together. This is how I decided to get certified by ICF in Coaching & Leadership in 2016 and then in 2018. From 2016 to 2019, I was able to apply coaching methods to the corporate world and experience transformation and motivation in my teams by instilling human values, trust, transparency, empathy, deep listening, and conciliation in all my relationships. Since May 2020, I have decided to create my own company and dedicate myself to coaching executives and companies wishing to enhance their growth through the growth of the human component and their team members.
