So I started my learning journey in humanist hypnotherapy, ancestral healing and family constellation, MBSR, and meditation, crystal healing, aromatherapy, I am passionate about using that knowledge to help people access their own inner wisdom, connect to their true potential, and overcome blockages that prevent them from achieving their goals. After a Pre-talk to define your needs and goals (30min) , you will experience a hypnotic journey and visualisation to connect to the energy that is in need to be restored. It can be on an ancestral lineage level, childhood memories and family issues, body and emotion healing, phobias, addictions, feeling safe and secure, creativity, communication issues, self esteem, self confidence, law of attraction and more. During the session a description of what appears is communicated to me so that I can guides you to restore what needs to be changed. At the end of the session your entire being record and integrates that new information on a subconscious level and you can witness and discover the changes happen in your everyday life.
During an individual family constellation session I will explore with you the energies involved in the issue you want to address. I use cards or stones to represent the entities involves in the pattern that influence your subconscious mind and make you reproduce what doesn't belong to you. I will connect to each of these entity to feel its implication in the pattern and restore the order that will bring balance back. Once the constellation is reviled, understanding, acceptance, reconciliation and integration can occur so you can honour your heritage and transmute it into something that positively serves you and break the vicious circle you where influenced by.
