A session with me with regards to Tantra: Sexuality and sex are the gateways into experiencing the divine. Sex energy means life energy so, for us, sex really means to work with all of reality. These sessions are 1.5 hours where we speak of your inquiry/intention and then we go deeper into exploration through advanced breathwork techniques and tantric practices. These are all intuitive, I never know what we will be doing before the session until the person is in front of me. I become your mirror, and so the deeper work comes through pure transmission of the Tantric teachings. I urge you to trust in this process and allow the unfolding to occur spontaneously.
A Womb Cosmology/Sacred Menstruation session with me: These sessions last 1.5 hours and we go into the deeper inquiries about your womb and menstruation. I take you through practices that assist in moving through ancestral blockages, sexual trauma wounds, and other misalignments that may be causing imbalances in the menstrual cycle or pelvic dysfunction. My deeper mission here is to irradicate menstrual shame and assist women in harnessing and embodying the incredible power that lies within each phase of the menstrual cycle.
